If you need to return an item, please ensure you let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.

We offer a full refund on items that:

  • You have purchased full price

  • Are returned within the specified timeframe of 10 days

  • Are in original condition, including tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or damaged.

  • Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

While we don’t offer full refunds on sale items, you can receive an exchange or credit note.


All products marked as Final Sale or Last Chance have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.



The first step to returning or exchanging an item is getting a return authorisation. When you return an item, whether for a full refund or exchange, ensure you provide us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • If you’re exchanging, include the item you would like to exchange it for.

You will then receive a return authorisation, and you will be prompted to pay for the return postage and print your label. Send the garment back in its original packaging.

The refund will be processed back to your original form of payment within 2 business days of arrival. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. Please note the refund amount will not include the shipping fee.



You can exchange an item you bought for something of the same value as your original purchase, provided the item you’d like instead is available. Please note that we can’t proceed an exchange until we have received the returned item.



We cannot cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.



We hope this never happens to you, as we put so much effort and consideration in ensuring high production quality. However, if this does happen and you received a garment that is faulty, get in touch and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
